I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I needed two large trees cut down, and they went above and beyond by cutting down a third tree for free, which was an incredible bonus and truly shows how much they value their customers.

The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. These were big trees, and the job required skill, precision, and safety
awareness-and they handled everything flawlessly. They took great care to protect my property, worked quickly without rushing, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. When they were done, you wouldn't have even known heavy tree work had taken place.

What really stood out to me was their professionalism and honesty. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before starting. The pricing was fair, transparent, and the "third tree free" offer made the value unbeatable.

From start to finish everything was seemless. The communication from Maria was very responsive and clear. The guys that come to our property were professional, friendly and done a great job. I will not hesitate to use this company for other jobs in the future. They went above and beyond.

Santiago and his assistant came over to remove a troublesome 20' Loquat tree and grind the stump. They did an excellent and quick job which was so thorough that we should be able to plant a replacement plant in the same spot. They also expertly trimmed an Apricot tree in order to avoid some overhead wires and hopefully induce more fruit production in the summer. I will be using them again when our other trees need pruning.

I reached out about an estimate for small tree removal on February 21st. I felt the estimate was fair, so we arranged for them to come by today, February 24th. The crew arrived on time and made quick work of taking our fallen tree away. Very friendly too! We then asked for a second estimate on the spot to take care of some other things we need done in our yard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services!

These guys are super legit!! I went with them because they arrived an entire day sooner than the appointment that I had scheduled with another local competitor of theirs. They were fast, efficient and went above and beyond my expectations.

Very friendly and professional. They did a great job with a large pepper tree and took a lot of care with my Camellia tree that is the centerpiece of my backyard. It required artful sculpting and MS Tree Services delivered for a very fair price. They even saved a bird nest for me! They booked quickly, showed up at the appointment time, and were very tidy. I will 100% be using them again & have recommended them to my neighbors.

Santiago and his crew were efficient, knowledgeable, and experienced. They removed a very old and large coast oak that was diseased. They cleaned up the area as well. This tree service provides clear estimates and sticks to it. Iâ d hire them again.

MS Tree service was recommended to me by a trusted landscape designer. The project called for removing an old Atlas Cedar tree approximately 30-40 feet tall. As the tree was not close to the road, a crane could not be used. Amazingly, Santiago and his crew removed the tree without the use of a crane! Their workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up after each day and hauled away the trunk and branches. I have since used MS Tree Service for other work and was equally satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them for tree and garden work. â Michael C
